The buyer within the stipulated time must notify through the platform that the payment has already been made and can send the proof of payment, it is the seller's responsibility to certify that the payment was actually received, if this does not occur the use of the tools is recommended platform communication (Chat) to clarify the situation.
There are two possible scenarios and appropriate procedures for each of them:
- The time elapses and the buyer does not notify by pressing the payment sent button through the platform:
- The seller can cancel the transaction and his offer returns to the original status, it is reactivated.
- The Buyer notifies the payment sent by pressing the button on the platform but it is not received by the seller:
- The seller can initiate a Dispute, through which Obsidiam acts as a mediator seeking the solution so that the two parties have what they initially agreed to.
